Minimum Requirements to Apply:

  • Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License
  • Must be 21 years+
  • DMV Report (H-6) no more than 30 days old
  • Must have valid medical card
  • Must pass a Road Test
  • Must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
